Brisbane Roar have struggled under John Aloisi this season. There’s no way around it. Injuries, a bunch of players in their 30s plus a lot of teens, suspensions, and poor form in general has contributed to this. They currently sit in eighth position with only four wins to their name in 17 matches. Thankfully for Brisbane they place the Central Coast Mariners in Gosford this week. We say thankfully not because we’re fans of the Roar, but instead they are fans of Central Coast Stadium.
Brisbane’s record against the Central Coast is impeccable in general but it’s their record on the Central Coast that is immaculate and unprecedented.
